A Co., Ltd. is a legal entity established on March 27, 1996 for the purpose of engaging in construction business in the Jeoncheon-gu G, Jeoncheon-si, and the joint defendant H Co., Ltd. established on May 23, 1984 for the purpose of manufacturing and construction business in the Leecheon-si. A Co., Ltd. is a legal entity established on May 23, 1984 for the purpose of performing manufacturing and construction business in the Jeoncheon-gu, Jeonjin-gu. A Co., Ltd. is a business owner under the Industrial Safety and Health Act who performs the work of installing elevators among the new construction works in the Jeonjin-gu, Jeonjin-gu, Jeonjin-gu, under a joint subcontract with K at KRW 452,00

Defendant

C Co., Ltd. is a corporation established on September 28, 1989 for the purpose of engaging in construction business in the Dong-gu L and fourth floor, and Defendant D is a person who runs the construction business in the name of K in the Nam-gun Nam-gun M, the former J is a corporation and a business owner under the Industrial Safety and Health Act of Korea, who is a corporation in charge of performing the construction project under joint contract with one asset trust in the amount of 36,132,653,000 construction cost, and Defendant E is a general manager in charge of safety and health management, who is the head of the site site of the said J-built Corporation.

1. Crimes concerning N death of workers;

A. Defendant B, at the above construction site and around 13:20 on December 19, 2017, did not take safety measures as follows, and caused the victim N ( South, 34 years old)’s negligence in the course of business that caused the victim to perform the installation work of an elevator and caused the victim’s death of the elevator at the middle of the first floor and the first floor above the ground level, while the elevator at the point above the first floor above the ground level in the entrance of the elevator in the entrance of the entrance route rises to the first floor above the ground level.
