Defendant

C A Co., Ltd. is a corporation that runs the construction business with its head office located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si. Defendant D is a corporation that runs the construction business with its head office located in Y in Y, and Defendant A Co., Ltd. is a corporation that runs the construction business with its head office located in Gyeong-si, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun. Defendant C Co., Ltd. and Defendant D Co., Ltd. are jointly awarded a contract for “L business civil engineering works” at Gyeong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun. Defendant A Co., Ltd. were awarded a subcontract for the said construction works by Defendant C Co., Ltd. and Defendant D Co., Ltd.; Defendant A Co., Ltd. was awarded a subcontract for the said construction works; Defendant B is a manager in charge of safety and health management who actually controls employees’ safety and health as a site at which Defendant C Co., Ltd. and Defendant D received a contract for joint works, and is a general manager in charge of safety and health management of workers’ safety and health.

1. Defendant B and Defendant E shall inspect the operational state of the relevant leakage circuit prior to the use of the said machines, etc. in order to prevent electric shock danger with respect to electric machinery and appliances used at a damp place with high emulsion level, such as water, etc., and shall repair or exchange them immediately when any malfunction is discovered;

In addition, the owner of a business carried out at the same place and carried out under a contract by separating a part of the business, if he/she works at a place where the contractor's employees are in danger of industrial accidents, he/she should take measures to prevent industrial accidents such as the installation of safety and health facilities
