1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for three years and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for four years and six months; and
2. Defendant C, D, and E shall be punished.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E, together with N andO from April 21, 2012 to April 22, 201: (a) around 01:0 on April 22, 2012, the Defendants 10,00 won each of them using card 52 from the second floor office of Qju-dong P in Goyang-si P, Manyang-si, Qju-si, and distributed the four copies of the card, and then distributed the four copies of the card to each of them, each of whom was 50,00 won in a string of the card. In a way that the winners would bring about the money in accordance with the string of the card every time when the card is altered, the so-called “balone” referring to as “balone.
2. Defendant A and Defendant BO, at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (1) above, did not lose both KRW 12.5 million, including KRW 5 million borrowed from Defendant A, while engaging in gambling as above with E and Victim N (36), C (32), and D (38 years of age).

Around that time, the Plaintiff sent a phone call to R to the effect that R was made a fraudulent gambling, and that R was made to enter the said Q2’s office, and then, the O, Defendants A, B, R, R, and T had the victims, who had no flat face of the reputation, engaged in the fraudulent gambling in order by taking the victim D, etc., who was the victim who had no flat face of the reputation from the victims.
C.
