1. On April 8, 2018, the Defendant stated in the “request amount” column in the attached sheet to the Plaintiffs and each of the said money.

1. The Plaintiffs to be indicated in the claim were employed by the Defendant from “B Hospital” to “final working day,” and retired from office. The Defendant did not pay each money (the total amount of wages, annual allowances, retirement allowances, and other money and valuables) indicated in the “request amount” column of the attached Table.

The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiffs the amount of money stated in the "request amount" in the attached sheet and to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act from April 8, 2018 to the date of full payment.
