Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 03:00 on November 11, 2012, the Defendant publicly insulting the victim by saying, “A police officer belonging to the Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Police Station D District Police Agency, who was called up upon receiving a report of a taxi engineer, that the taxi passenger arrived at the destination and does not occur under the influence of alcohol,” and was able to have the taxi returned to Korea. While the above C and the police officers are able to protect the victim, the Defendant said the victim as “Y Y Ze, Iek, Mari, Mamo, and Mamo, Iekhhhhhhhhhhhh”.
