1. The defendant,
A. As to the Plaintiff A’s KRW 33,747,428 and KRW 24,00,00 among them, the amount of KRW 33,747,428 shall be from August 20, 2013 to 9,747.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Land Survey Book drawn up during the Japanese Occupation Period is written by D as being subject to assessment of the Gyeonggi-do 1,495 square meters (hereinafter “the land before the instant partition”).
B. Since then, the land before the instant partition was divided into a subdivision, land category change (the change to a river on May 5, 1969), a unit conversion of the area, and a change of the name of the administrative district in Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do, E-Do (hereinafter “the instant land”) and a river E- 2,89 square meters (hereinafter “the instant land”), a F river 669 square meters (hereinafter “the instant land 2”), G river 1,071 square meters (hereinafter “the instant land 3”), and a H river 309 square meters (hereinafter “the instant land 4”).
C. As to the land of this case Nos. 1 and 3, December 12, 1996, and as to the land Nos. 2 and 4, registration of preservation of ownership was completed in the name of each Republic of Korea on March 17, 199.
In the 1980s and the river basin records of the Han River Basin Water Control Basic Plan prepared in 1980 and the river basin records of the Han River Basin Water Control Basic Plan prepared in 1992, the land of this case before subdivision is registered as the river areas of the Han River River which are national rivers.
E. 1) On August 18, 1950, D, the permanent domicile of which was established in GYI of Gyeonggi-do, died on the sole inheritance of its property by KJ, the Republic of Korea, the Republic of Korea, and on November 30, 1964, J considered to have died on the expiration of the period of disappearance on November 30, 1964, and C, upon the death of her child K (Shoju heir, 6/7 inheritance), L [1/7 inheritance shares, L (MM on March 12, 1939), her children B and C deceased on December 14, 194, and died on August 24, 1981, and died on August 14, 1981, and died on August 16, 2005 and died on August 14, 201, her inheritance and inheritance of the Plaintiff on the joint inheritance of her respective property by inheritance of her children and her shares.
