1. The Defendant’s KRW 2,966,756 to the Plaintiffs and its related KRW 5% per annum from December 23, 2017 to February 19, 2020.

1. Basic facts

A. On April 2016, the Plaintiffs entered into a contract for construction works (hereinafter “instant contract”) with respect to the construction of a 4th floor building on the ground D in Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu (hereinafter “Seoul”) as follows.

1. Summary;

(a) This project sets out as all matters for the performance of new construction works for project owners (hereinafter referred to as “project owners”) and construction contractors (hereinafter referred to as “contractors”) D multi-households;

(b) Date of commencement of a contract: Total contract amount (including additional construction works) on September 8, 2016: KRW 400,000,000 (including KRW 400,000).

2. Scope of supply and specifications;
