1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) shall pay to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) each money indicated in the “total” column of the attached Table 1, and this.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. From July 7, 2015 to March 14, 2016, the Plaintiff newly built a multi-family house on a total of 11 household size (hereinafter “instant house”) on the land of Kimhae-si (hereinafter “instant land”). From August 2015 to January 2016, the Plaintiff concluded a sales contract (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) with the Defendants as follows with regard to each unit unit of the instant house between Defendant B and Defendant B, No. 201, 201, 30, 301, 30, 301, 301, 4, 301, 301, 5, FF non-Dong 6, 7, 201, 201, 301, 7, 8, 301, 8, 301, 10, 301, 302, 301, 19, 201.
B. The Defendants paid part of the sales price under the instant sales contract to the Plaintiff at the time of the conclusion of the instant sales contract, and occupied the instant housing around March 26, 2016, but did not pay the remainder of the sales price (including the price for additional construction, such as balcony expansion) to the Plaintiff until now.

2. The parties' assertion
A. The plaintiff's assertion that the plaintiff completed the instant house in accordance with the instant sales contract, completed the balcony expansion work, glass, and the additional construction work for each heading room, etc., and delivered each of the instant houses to the defendants, and thus, the defendants are obligated to pay the purchase price unpaid under the instant sales contract to the plaintiff.
B. The Defendants asserted that the instant sales contract was concluded with the Defendants by deceiving the Defendants as if they were to be multi-household houses with the knowledge that the Plaintiff was unable to register the classification of each unit, despite the knowledge that the instant house was multi-household houses with respect to each unit.
