Defendant

A leased an officetel at the end of May 2018, and then employed Thai women, to operate a commercial sex business establishment, and leased eight of the Jeju-si Ftel from May 28, 2018 to July 2, 2018 under the name of G, one of which was his/her own land, and one of which was leased, respectively.

On the other hand, on June 10, 2018, Defendant A proposed that Defendant B be in charge of the role of guiding customers, etc., and Defendant B accepted this.

From June 1018 to July 18, 2018, A had the male who wants to purchase sex, such as H and I, paid approximately 411 fees from the male who wants to purchase sex in the said officetel and had been stationed in the said officetel. Defendant B, from June 10, 2018 to July 18, 2018, had the male who wants to purchase sex, such as the above H, play a role of guiding the male who wants to purchase sex, and receiving fees.

As a result, Defendants conspired to act as a broker for commercial sex acts.
