Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for eight months.

However, this decision is delivered to the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On March 4, 2017, at around 02:50, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault to the victim B (49) who was seated in the instant E restaurant located in Hasan-si D, and was engaged in telephone conversations with him/her; (b) misleads the victim B (49) who took a bath against his/her will to perform one’s own behavior due to the defect in the instant currency; and (c) committed a dispute with the victim, he/she saw the victim as his/her driver’s hand, who was a dangerous object on the table of the table, and assaulted the victim by taking the victim’s head and neck with his/her left hand.

B.
