1. The plaintiff
A. Defendants are jointly and severally liable for 700,000 won and Defendant B with respect thereto from January 5, 2018.
Reasons
1. Judgment on the ground of the plaintiff's claim
A. Defendant B is the father of the Plaintiff, Defendant C is the Plaintiff’s mother, and the Plaintiff is a school teacher of D High School located in Gwangju Northern-gu.
B. At around 17:00 on March 10, 2017, Defendant B tried to go to the school room, stating that the Plaintiff was working for a school in order to oppose the fact that the Plaintiff would be going to go to marriage with female-friendly E at the time of being an unmarried mother, and that the Plaintiff would not be able to go to the school room.
Accordingly, Defendant B, upon the Plaintiff’s removal from Defendant B, assaulted the Plaintiff at the time of the Plaintiff’s her head and her head, and continued to look at the Plaintiff’s superior, and interfered with the Plaintiff’s class duties by force for about one hour, such as assaulting and threatening the Plaintiff.
C. On September 11, 2017, Defendant B, at around 16:50, found a high school that the Plaintiff was working at the Plaintiff on the ground that at the risk of the Defendants’ objection and completed the marriage report with E, and told the Plaintiff that “I would no longer work as a teacher in a school any longer in the school, I would like to stop the Plaintiff from working as a teacher in the school.” In addition, Defendant B, by force, seems to have been able to see the Plaintiff from drinking, thereby obstructing the Plaintiff’s class by force for a period of up to one hour.
At around 23:20 on September 12, 2017, the Defendants jointly filed a civil petition with the Office of Education, on the ground that the Plaintiff reported a marriage with the Party E without arranging the relationship with the Party E and donated the apartment in the name of the Plaintiff to E, and thereby, the Plaintiff “I am gird the principal and the assistant principal at school without hedging, and I am ambet in the school. I am to put a civil petition against the Office of Education. I would be excluded from the duties. Accordingly, I ambir will be removed from the duties.”
E. Defendant C shall be on September 2017.
