A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was married on February 13, 2007 with the victim B (n, 40 years of age) and on November 26, 2018.

1. Around 7:00 on November 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) reported that he/she was off the victim’s clothes at his/her own house located in the north-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City C apartment OOOOO head; and (b) reported that he/she was off the victim’s clothes at his/her own house; (c) he/she laid down steel stuffs, which are dangerous articles, (d) the victim’s jum and buckbucks; and (d) decided that the victim’s her ambbbbbbbbbbs, which require approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. On November 7, 2018, at around 02:00, the injured Defendant reported that the victim was stored in the victim’s cell phone D apartment in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, and the victim’s cell phone with another male and the photo taken with another male, and that the victim’s face was taken by drinking, and that the victim’s bridge and the mouth walked at several times, and the victim was able to walk the victim’s bridge and the mouth for about 8 weeks of treatment.

3. Damage to property;

A. On November 7, 2018, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the clothes owned by the victim in the sum of KRW 2,00,000, in the market price of the instant paragraph (2) on the same grounds as that of the instant paragraph (2).

B. At around 14:00 on December 13, 2018, the Defendant, at the place under the foregoing paragraph (2) at around 14:00, destroyed the victim’s and the Defendant’s joint ownership by breaking up the TV sets in his/her ward, which had been disputing the issue of division of property after a divorce with the victim, and then breaking up the TV sets in his/her market price, and 2 set up a cleaning machine equivalent to 700,000 won in total at the market price.

4. The defendant of intimidation 3-B

At the time and place of the paragraph, the victim made a threat to the victim by speaking the victim as "at the end of death, then discarded later."
