Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant and C are those who jointly operate the Internet game facility providing business in the name of "EPC bank" in the D basement at the time of the Gyeonggi City.

1. No person who provides game products, the contents of which are different from the contents of the rating classification, shall provide such game products for the distribution or use, or display or keep them for such purpose;

Defendant and C shall have the same year from May 10, 2015 to the same year.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with C to provide an unspecified number of customers with game products different from the content of rating classification.

2. A person who intends to conduct business of providing Internet computer game facilities without registration shall register and operate such facilities with the competent administrative agency, which are determined by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism;

Nevertheless, the defendant and C do not register the Internet computer game facility providing business in Sistiting, which is the competent administrative agency.
