Defendant C’s KRW 30,00,000 to Plaintiff A, and KRW 10,00,000 to Plaintiff B, and each of them shall be from January 30, 2015.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff A and Defendant C came to have first degree at the NAV website in 2010, and they were dead from December 201 to September 2012.
B. 1) Defendant C had a good appraisal that it unilaterally notified the Plaintiff’s decision. On October 15, 2012, around 06:32, 2012, Defendant C visited Kakakaoxox through the mobile phone of Defendant C, and opened 29 Plaintiff’s friendly E-mail, etc. to a group hosting room and opened 29 members, including Plaintiff A’s friendly E-mail, etc., and thereafter, Plaintiff A’s photograph 3 and under the title, Plaintiff A made a false statement. In particular, women sent a picture file with a view to slandering Plaintiff A six times until October 31, 2012, and thereby impairing Plaintiff A’s reputation by openly revealing false facts via an information and communications network to the public and impairing Plaintiff A’s reputation by openly pointing out the fact that Plaintiff’s family photograph on October 29, 2012 and damaged Plaintiff A’s reputation by publicly pointing out the fact that Plaintiff’s 20 copies of the above picture file and Nonparty’s family photograph at the domicile of 1.
(2) On February 13, 2013, the Incheon District Court issued to Defendant C a summary order of KRW 1 million due to the violation of the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Defamation) due to the first crime, and defamation.

Defendant C, on January 3, 2013 through December 12, 2012, sent a letter of false facts about Plaintiff C to the same content as the Kakax Address’s domicile. In addition, Defendant C would be jointly and severally liable with the parent in any criminal liability if it is confirmed that the same occurs.
In addition, the contents posted on military units and the school homepage are confirmed to be not related to him/her, and if there is any false fact, any punishment shall be imposed.
