A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a driver of 100cc U.S., who did not report the use.

1. On November 1, 2015, the Defendant illegally used air defense, and was in custody of C/C number plates of 100 Orna in the Defendant’s house located in the Defendant’s house located in Hanam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, the Defendant illegally used the above number plates on January 19, 2016 by attaching them on the 1st part of the U.S. owned by the Defendant for the purpose of exercising it at the above place.

2. On January 19, 2016, the Defendant, at around 10:30, exercised the marks of public offices, which were used unlawfully by operating a obba, on the roads near the warships located in the Haban-gun, Haban-gun, Haban-gun, the number plate specified in paragraph (1) was attached.

3. On January 19, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a motor engine bicycle license from the Defendant’s house located in B in the Hannam-gun, Hannam-gun, the Defendant driven the off-to-land specified in paragraph (2) at the section of approximately 2 km from the front of the Defendant’s house to the road located in the same side.

4. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the Oral Ba as stated in Paragraph 2, which was not covered by mandatory insurance with the Defendant’s possession at the time and place mentioned in Paragraph 3.
