Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 26, 2014, around 03:40 on January 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “D club” security personnel E (24 years of age) prior to the VIP access zone; (b) when the Defendant avoided entry into one of the Defendant’s daily activities, the Defendant sent back the victim’s face by drinking, and (c) the Defendant took one time the victim’s face by drinking.

The defendant continued to be called up by the police officers to arrest the defendant and B as a flagrant offender, and the police officers viewed him as a flagrant offender, and again taken the face of the victim once again.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly assaulted the victim.
