Punishment of the crime

On April 7, 2017, the Defendant found the victim E from the entrance of the "D" club located in Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City on April 7, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on the victim's right chest on a single-time basis due to the fingers.

On April 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the entrance of a club at around 03:25 on April 7, 2017, the chests of E (n, 19 years of age) were charged with forced indecent conduct once due to the fingers; (b) on April 26, 2017, the Defendant was investigated as the victim at the Busan Police Station, and (c) was able to raise the complaint against E and to raise the female.
