Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Bone Star Co., Ltd.

At around 21:30 on July 14, 2018, the Defendant proceeded along four lanes in order to enter the road of the 8th line, which is located in the Dongwon-gu, Suwon-si.

At the night and on the front side, an expressway has a string for the collection of tolls, so there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by reducing the speed and maintaining the safety distance between the vehicle and the front side.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and proceeded as it was, due to negligence, caused the part of the front part of the above passenger car, which was temporarily stopped from the front line by the driver’s body at the front line. The Defendant shocked the part of the rocketing car driven by the victim C(33 years old).

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, committed an injury to the victim C, such as catum and catum salt in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment, suffered from the injury to the victim E (the 36-year old-age-old) who is the batch, respectively, for about two weeks of medical treatment, and at the same time, did not stop the said car to the extent that it damages the amount of KRW 1,947,537 of the repair cost, and escaped without taking necessary measures such as providing relief to the victims.
