1. Details of the disposition;

(a) Details of the issuance of the previous passport by the plaintiff (B) and English name (referring to the name written in the Roman; hereinafter the same shall apply) recorded thereon are as follows:

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion that the English name “C”, which is the English name stated in the previous passport, is written as “H” and is inconsistent with “A”, constitutes the ground for change of English name as prescribed by Article 3-2(1)1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Passport Act, and the Plaintiff’s use of “F” in all external activities and documents, such as a degree certificate, language performance certificate, career certificate, thesis, etc., and used “F” as the English name stated in the previous passport, causing considerable inconvenience at the time of overseas business trip or travel. At present, the Plaintiff’s age in the 30th first half and the previous passport, and the reasons indicated as “C” as “C of English name stated in the previous passport,” are as follows. In the process of issuance of the passport through a travel agency around 201, a travel is arbitrarily the Plaintiff’s English name as the same.
