1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 7, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

In addition to the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, the defendant can be found to have borrowed KRW 60,00,000 from the plaintiff jointly with C and B on March 23, 2015. As such, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 60,000,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint in this case to the day of complete payment.

The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
