Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:40 on March 6, 2015, the Defendant was required to present an identification card to enter a casino by a security personnel B, at the Gangwon-do Casino Casino in 265, Gowon-gun, Gangwon-do.

Accordingly, the defendant presented to B the resident registration certificate of C issued by the head of Daegu North Korea-gu, Daegu North Korea-gu, which was borrowed from the local area C as one of his identification marks.

Accordingly, the defendant used his resident registration certificate as an official document unlawfully.
