Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. A theft: (a) around 14:00 on April 6, 2016, the Defendant discovered the victim’s resident registration certificate owned by the victim and kept in the West at the office of the victim B located in the vicinity of the order branch of Gangseo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City; and (b) stolen it with a view to casino entry.

2. Around April 18, 2016, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act and unlawful uttering of official documents was required to present his/her identification card to enter the casino at the entrance and search stand at the entrance of the Gangwon-do Gwon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seoul, for casino entry.

The defendant presented B's resident registration certificate under the name of the Seocho-do Seocho market, which is an official document in possession, as if the defendant was the resident registration certificate of the defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration certificate unlawfully and used another person's official document unlawfully.
