A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of eight months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

A. On December 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately 10,000 g of marijuana from a person who is unable to know his/her name in the vicinity of the “D cafeteria” located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si.

B. On December 21, 2012, around 19:30 on December 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) put about about 1g of marijuana in the Etoscar car parked in a public parking lot near the aforementioned D cafeteria; and (b) smoked with B by attaching a rash.

C. The Defendant received approximately 0.5g of marijuana and seven seeds of the hemp plant from Defendant B, without compensation, at the time and place of the foregoing port.

2. Defendant B

A. On December 21, 2012, around 19:30 on December 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) placed the Defendant’s Etoscar car parked in a public parking lot near the “D cafeteria”; (b) put about about 1g of marijuana into a gambling place; and (c) smoked with A along with a rash.

B. The Defendant received approximately 0.5g of marijuana and seven seeds of the hemp plant from A, free of charge, at the time and place of the foregoing paragraph (a).

C. At around 18:00 on December 23, 2012, the Defendant: (a) placed in front of the site of the new construction of commercial housing located in Asan City F; (b) made it possible for the Defendant to put about 0.5g of marijuana stored in the bals, into an empty tobacco; and (c) made it possible for the Defendant to smoke with the word “mariju tobacco.”
