1. The defendant
A. As to KRW 100,00,000 and KRW 40,000 among Plaintiff A, Plaintiff A shall be from May 1, 2014 to May 24, 2018.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissals is applied from the date following the date of service of the duplicate of the complaint of this case. Thus, the part of the plaintiffs' claim for interest in arrears with 15% per annum from May 24, 2018, which is the date of service of the duplicate of the complaint of this case, to September 11, 2018, which is the date of adjudication of this case.
