Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Under the trade name of Defendant Gwangju Mine-gu’s 3rd floor of B building, Defendant Gwangju is the owner operating a commercial sex trafficking business establishment. D and E are employed by each Defendant, who manages female employees and male customers, and who are the head of the carper, F, G, and H are sexual traffic women employed by the said business establishment.
