1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) provided a place with the trade name of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the first floor building leased and operated “D”; (b) provided a place; and (c) recruited customers to arrange commercial sex acts by allowing the said marina business establishment to guide female employees who are employees of the said business establishment.
