A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 13, 2017, at around 12:20, the Defendant stated that “D” in the mutual restaurant called “D” operated by the victim C (the 65-year-old) in Gunsan City B, the mother is working, and Defendant’s daily work inside the said restaurant is not required to first request and obtain permission prior to entering the restaurant, or is allowed to move to other customers as soon as possible.” However, as to this part, the Defendant was acquitted in the criminal trial of the crime of insult against the victim.

In the case of other customers, the victim publicly insultingd the victim by stating that “I ambien, I amben, I amben, I amben, I amben,” and “I amben.”
