A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was a person with mental illness such as bipolartic disorder and efficial disorder; (b) was an all-out liquidation of the trees, etc. located at the top of the stimulative pattern, which he was fluent on the Korean map; and (c) on April 23, 2013, at around 01:53, the Defendant had a power to remove trees, waste, etc. from a tree at the shop of the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment shopping district; and (d) the Defendant committed the following fire-prevention crimes under the conditions that the Defendant had the ability to discern things or make decisions due to mental disorder

1. At around 04:40 on March 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) considered that, as his descendants, he was in a place with a special meaning in history as his descendants, the Defendant’s restoration of national sovereignty was made; (b) provided that, as a pre-owned resort, the Defendant’s damage was caused to the general goods to the general public by setting the 50th of the reedy field by attaching a fire to the reed site.

2. On April 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 04:27, at the 1st floor parking lot in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) around 04:27, the Defendant collected five model franchise cards for advertising fluor, etc. inside the parking lot for the same reason as that of paragraph (1); and (c) caused public danger by setting fire to general goods, such as attaching five model franchise cards for advertising fluor, and making fire fluoring with the first floor.

3. On April 23, 2013, at around 16:35, the Defendant brought waste bags in front of the platform of G University (50 years of receipt, approximately 50 cm in diameter, approximately 50 cm in height, about 15 cm in height) at G University Han River located in Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Seoul, with a fire as a disposableter prepared in advance, and made it spread through supporting trees in fluor and fluords of trees.

Ultimately, the Defendant destroyed 10 standing trees and 10 support trees in the market price owned by the above school foundation, thereby causing public danger.
