Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) provided a place and a scambling in order to assist himself/herself in gambling with knowledge of the fact that he/she rents from around 0:00 to 22:00 of the same day; and (b) provided a scambling to assist him/her in gambling in order to assist him/her with gambling.
