1. A person who installs and operates a jointly friendly waste treatment facility of Defendant A or Defendant B shall maintain and manage the facility in accordance with the management standards prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment;

Nevertheless, while operating a limited liability company C, the Defendants maintained and managed waste disposal facilities while installing and operating automatic sorting machines, crushers, and fermentation facilities for biological recycling facilities among the waste disposal facilities, in a proper manner, treat feed, composts, sediment or residues selected in the course of producing diversary soil in the diversary and dynamics, etc., and in violation of the duty to ensure that water pollutants do not leak out by operating normal reduction facilities to minimize the malodor produced, from March 22, 2018 to 13:30 of the same day from March 22, 2018.

2. The Defendant C limited liability company committed the same offense as the Defendant’s business set forth in paragraph (1) at the date and place mentioned in paragraph (1).
