1. Upon receipt of a request for change in exchange from the trial court, the defendant shall make a change to the plaintiff on March 1, 201, the defendant shall make a decision to the plaintiff.

The Han River Farmland Improvement Association was established by the former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act (repealed by Article 2 of the Addenda to the Farmland Improvement Association Act, Act No. 5077 of Dec. 29, 1995; hereinafter “former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act”) and dissolved on February 5, 199 by the former Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Act No. 5759; hereinafter “former Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation Act”). The Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation established on January 1, 200 pursuant to the former Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation Act comprehensively succeeds to the rights and obligations of the said association pursuant to Article 9(1) of Addenda to the former Agricultural Infrastructure Corporation Act, and thereafter the name of the Korea Agricultural Infrastructure Corporation was changed to the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and the Plaintiff in order.

한강농지개량조합은 경기도지사로부터 승인을 받은 ‘한강지구 농업용수 개발사업’의 일환으로 1982. 12. 9. 하성용수간선(霞城用水幹線) 한강에서 농업용수를 끌어다 김포평야 일대에 공급하는 농업용수로로서, 김포시 통진읍 가현리 603-6 가현양수장에서 시작하여 하성면 일대에 농업용수를 공급하고 있다.

2. According to the main sentence of Article 16 of the former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act, the farmland improvement cooperatives, the establishment of which has been registered under Article 15 (1) of the former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act with the authorization of the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, shall be located within their association districts.
