1. Upon receiving a claim for a change in exchange from this court, the defendant 2,275,480 won and this shall apply to the plaintiff.

1. In the first instance court, the Plaintiff requested confirmation of the transfer of ownership registration procedure, acquisition of automobile tax, and liability for various administrative fines concerning the instant automobile. The court of first instance accepted the above acceptance claim and rendered a judgment dismissing the above confirmation claim.

In this regard, only the plaintiff appealed against the above part of the claim for confirmation, and since this court changed the above claim in exchange for the claim for damages, the scope of the court's judgment is limited to the claim for damages

2. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 13, 2002, the Plaintiff completed the transfer of ownership on the instant motor vehicle. Around September 2003, the Plaintiff received a loan from a credit service provider and received a loan from the credit service provider as a security, and the said credit service provider disposed of the instant motor vehicle.

B. The Defendant, upon delivery of the instant motor vehicle due to its indeption, purchased the automobile mandatory insurance from January 14, 2005 to June 11, 2012, and operated the instant motor vehicle for the said period.

C. After January 14, 2005, the Plaintiff, a registered titleholder, imposed taxes of KRW 4,622,200 in total, administrative fines, tolls, etc. as follows.

1. 40,000 won on July 29, 2005 as an administrative fine for a violation of parking or stopping regulations in 2005, and the same year
