1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 20,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from October 22, 2014 to July 20, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 6, 2012, the Suwon District Court rendered a decision to commence rehabilitation procedures on the commencement of rehabilitation procedures by the Suwon District Court 2012 Joint68, and the rehabilitation procedures are underway.

B. On June 5, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with a rehabilitation company for the development of ESD chip (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the following terms and conditions (hereinafter “instant contract”).

- The purpose of this Agreement is to develop products of the structure of LED chips using the Plaintiff’s technology and the facilities of the rehabilitation company and to ensure fairness in their production.

- The Plaintiff’s structural change of HV chip currently produced by the rehabilitation company to a chip with the structure of chip in the form of chip, and the performance of which has improved, but the developed product will be based on the enhancement of efficiency (price reduction) compared to the existing product.

(1) 1st and 6 months) - The Plaintiff shall develop ED chips with the efficiency equal to or equal to Samsung Electronic/ELB in preparation for Samsung Electronic/ELB, or 【2% level and the price reduction.
