Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A is a person who was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months and two years of suspended execution for a crime of fraud in the Yeongdeungpo Branch of the Gwangju District Court on September 29, 2016, and dismissed on June 14, 2017, and the said judgment becomes final and conclusive as it is.
"Criminal Facts"
1. On March 17, 2009, Defendant A and Defendant C conspired with each other to receive insurance proceeds after receiving hospitalized treatment by using that Defendant C’s husband B was insured with the victim F and the victim G, who was aware of the fact, by taking advantage of the fact that Defendant C’s husband B was insured by the victim F and the victim G.
On March 17, 2009, from April 15, 2009 to April 15, 2009, Defendant A was hospitalized at H Hospital as if he were B, and Defendant C was hospitalized at I Hospital from April 23, 2009 to May 13, 2009. On June 9, 2009, Defendant C claimed insurance money from the victim in a false manner as if B had been hospitalized as if he had been hospitalized as above, and then acquired KRW 480,000 on the same day from the victim as insurance money.

2. Defendant A was hospitalized for 23 days from June 5, 2009 to June 27, 2009 at an I Hospital in the JJ of Mapo-si to cut off the bones of mast, and received a written confirmation of hospitalization for 23 days, and completed around August 19, 2009.
