Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A purchased multiple insurance products with a high level of guarantee beyond the economic capacity, and attempted to obtain a high amount of insurance money from an insurance company by pretending that he received hospital treatment, H hospital, and I hospital, even though he received hospital treatment at G Hospital, H hospital, and I hospital, which are located in F in Thai City F, in an easy way to issue a certificate of hospitalization and a written diagnosis.

After that, from July 6, 2009 to July 27, 2009, the Defendant actually received pain from G Hospital due to its saltss, tensions, etc., such as free communication between house and hospital.
