1. The Defendant’s compulsory execution against the Plaintiff based on the judgment in the Daejeon District Court Decision 2017Gauri5266 Decided May 30, 2017 against the Plaintiff is dismissed.

2.To suspend compulsory execution based on the executory exemplification of the judgment under paragraph 1 until this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

3. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.

4. Paragraph 2 can be provisionally executed.

The same shall apply to the order.

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
