Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 5, 2013, 2013, a trade union submitted to the Commissioner General of the Seoul National Police Agency a report on the outdoor assembly ( demonstration progress) to which “the date and time of holding: 15:30 to 17:24 on November 10, 2013” and “the course of demonstration: the Seoul National Office - Gu Office - Gu Office - Gu Office - Gu - Gu - Gu - Gu - 5 on the front bridge - the front bridge.”

On November 10, 2013, from around 14:05 to around 16,00, the B trade union held the "National Workers' Competition" in Seoul Square around 2013 among the participants participating in the conference at around 16:20 on the same day. At around 16:20 on the same day, the number of participants participating in the conference began to move along the direction of 5:5 Doro in the direction of a shooting distance according to the efficiencies reported in advance. At around 16:55 on the same day, at around 4:4 Doro-ro and move out to the Chang-do-ro, moving out to the Chang-do-ro, moving out along the roads, moving back to 4:00 the direction of the road along which the person reported to him/her, moving out to the Chang-do-dong, moving back to the right-hand turn to the left.

From 16:55 to 17:32 on the same day, the Defendant went out of the way the Defendant reported with the participants of the demonstration and moved out of the way, thereby making it impossible to pass the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly and demonstration and interfered with vehicle traffic.
