Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 5, 2013, the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation”) submitted to the Commissioner General of the Seoul National Police Agency a report on the outdoor assembly (on November 10, 2013: the date and time of holding: 15:30 to 17:24 on November 10, 2013; the course of holding the demonstration: Seoul Office - Gu Office - Gu Office - Gu - Gu - Gu - Gu - Gu - 5 - Gu - Gu - Gu - Gu

On November 10, 2013, from around 14:05 to around 16:05, the Democratic Labor gun held a "National Workers' Competition" in 2013 among the participants participating in the conference from around 16:20 on the same day. At around 16:20 on the same day, more than 15,000 participants at the conference began driving along the direction of 5:5:0 in the direction of Ga-ro according to the advanced courses reported in advance. On the same day, at around 16:55, at around 4:0, Ga-ro moved out of the direction reported by the Party, moving out of the direction of Ga-ro and moving out to the Chang-do-ro path, leading to the moving distance to the direction of 4:0 the direction of the road according to the said road, leading to the left-hand turn to the right-hand turn, leading to the left-hand turn to the right-hand turn, leading to the same 18:10 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly and demonstration and interfered with vehicle traffic.
