A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On July 26, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, at a governmental district court, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 25, 2014.
[2015 Highest 363] From around 11:20 on December 8, 2014 to around 13:40, the Defendant removed a brupted network from the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter “Seoul”) to her residence in the victim D in his/her hand, and intruded through the open window in his/her house, and stolen it by holding two swine storage boxes, which are the victim’s possession on the kitchen table, with a cash amounting to 300,000 won.
The Defendant, including that, from around that time to March 16, 2015, stolen the total amount of KRW 4,688,450, from Incheon and Ansan City to five times, as shown in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table.

1. On February 10, 2015, at around 14:46, the Defendant: (a) opened a window that was not corrected due to his/her place of residence of the Victim F, Made-si; (b) invaded into the house; and (c) stolen the 300,000 won at the market price of the wall owned by the victim, which was placed on the inside and outside of the said place.
2. At around 15:30 on February 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a window that was not corrected in the place of residence of the Victim H of Ga, and intruded into the house, and (b) took a cash of KRW 100,000,000 in cash owned by the victim who was under custody in the inside and outside of the house; and (c) stolen it.
[2015 Highest 597] On February 11, 2015, between 14:00 and 22:30, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded a bend window on the inside side of the city where the victim JJ of the International Apartment 114, Incheon Gyeyang-gu did not correct the house; (b) 4, 14 k gs and 14 k gs and 14 gs and gs in the safe collection place; and (c) stolen the unrest property at the market.
