Criminal facts

The defendant, using the fact that there are many cases in which Chinese people open windows and live in their usual dwellings, had the houses of Ansan-gu members B return to one of them for the purpose of meeting their sexual objectives, and had women take photographs of the appearance, etc. inside the house in the state of breaking clothes or breaking away.

1.
