Punishment of the crime

On July 17, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment in the Busan District Court for fraud, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 12, 2019.

On September 13, 2018, around 10:00, the Defendant issued an order to pay the price to the victim D with the sum of KRW 1.6,500 won, drinking water, KRW 1,500, and KRW 1,000, and KRW 1,000 per air boom, and then escaped without paying the price.
