1. Defendant A
(a) The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;
(b)Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final.

Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. From July 6, 2012 to September 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) consulted with G where the said main office is to operate “E” at the 203 shop located in the 2nd floor of the D-gun, Busan; (b) in consultation with G where the said main office is to operate the said 3,4,5th floor; and (c) in consultation with G where the said main office is to allow male customers to engage in commercial sex acts in the said 170,000 won in consideration of commercial sex acts; and (d) the Defendant, in consultation with G where the said main office is to operate the said 3,000 won in consideration of commercial sex acts; (e) the said 1,000 won in consideration of commercial sex acts; and (e) the said 3,000 won in consideration of commercial sex acts; and (e) the Defendant, from July 6, 2012 to September 10, 2012, provided the said 3,500.
B. On September 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) at the E main store located in the second floor located in the D Building No. 203 located in the said D Building; (b) on the part of the Defendant, as indicated in paragraph (1) of the said Article, the Defendant, as a simple employee, tried to conceal the fact that the Defendant had engaged in arranging sexual traffic, etc. as an unemployment of his “E” as a mere employee, who attempted to commit an act of arranging sexual traffic, was the owner of the said E main store instead of the police investigation; and (c) upon receiving the investigation, asked the Defendant to the effect that “I would make payment on behalf of the owner of the said E main store on the face of the fine, I would make a false confession.”
Therefore, on November 23, 2012, the defendant had the above B as a slope K at the investigation police station of Busan Metropolitan City and the economic team office located in the Eup located in the Busan Metropolitan City captain-gun around 14:18.
