A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 6, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment by the Daegu District Court for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter “Non-accident”) and completed the execution of the sentence on May 11, 2014.

[2015 Highest 228] Around 16:20 on June 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed as if he/she would purchase gold stuffs from the “E” bank operated by the victim D in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) requested the victim to show the net gold stuffs; and (c) demanded the victim to check one of the 150,000 won net gold stuffs at the market price of KRW 330,000; and (d) went away from the bank by using the cresh in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

1. Around 00:30 on March 1, 2015, the Defendant damaged the Defendant’s property damage by using violence to I, a customer, at H of the victim G management in the door-to-door F, and by using violence to I, the Defendant, as a toilet, destroyed the Defendant, thereby opening the door door, making the escape door door open, and destroying the above glass door equivalent to KRW 30,000 at the market price, which is the victim’s possession.

Around 20:00 on April 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) expressed a desire to “K-2 victim I” operated by the J-2 victim I on the ground that, while entering and drinking as a customer, the victim does not know that he/she was a reporter of a criminal case causing the damage of his/her property; (b) expressed the victim’s desire that “I will open the door-to-door, I will make the door-to-door, I will open the door-to-door; (c) the customer sing the door-to-door from the main corridor; and (d) expressed his/her desire to the customer, and (d) opened another door of the room in which the customer drinks the drinking, booms the customer, and let the customer out, thereby obstructing the victim’s main business by force.
