Article 11 (Election Campaign) (1) A candidate may conduct an election campaign in order to fully inform the members of his/her ability, qualities, pledge, etc., but shall conduct such election campaign within the extent prescribed by this Regulation and the Presidential Decree.

(5) No candidate shall provide members with money, valuables, liquor, meal, etc., or give advice or conduct any campaign speech that defames a specific candidate by holding a collective election at a place other than a candidate's campaign speech meeting which is officially held by a election management organization, or by spreading false information, etc.

Article 12 (Selection and Election of Officers) In regard to the election of officers, the following matters shall be determined by the articles of association in accordance with Article 15:

(1) The executives of the partnership shall be elected at a general meeting by the attendance of a majority of the incumbent members and by the vote of a majority of those present.
