1. All appeals by the plaintiffs (appointed parties) are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiff (Appointed Party).
Reasons
1. The reasoning for this part of the reasoning is as follows, and this part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of the corresponding part of the reasoning of the judgment, and thus, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420
The term "D Man-Ba 51,849 square meters" at the bottom of two pages shall be deemed to read "L 51,817 square meters" at the bottom of two pages.
The following shall apply between the two sides at the bottom of the two sides:
subsection (d) shall be added.
Article 9 (Qualifications, etc. for Cooperative Members) (4) If ownership and superficies of land or buildings belong to two or more persons, one member representing the two or more persons shall be deemed to be the members.
In such cases, the representative shall be designated as the representative member, and a written consent to the appointment of the representative member in attached Form shall be prepared and reported to the Cooperative, and the juristic act as a member shall be conducted by the representative member.
Article 15 (Executives) (1) A cooperative shall have the following executives:
1. One head of the partnership;
2. Seven or less directors; and
3. Two auditors or less. (2) The officers of the partnership shall be appointed at a general meeting from among the members with the attendance of a majority of the members and the consent of a majority
Provided, That where a vacancy occurs during the term of office, the board of representatives shall appoint a substitute from among the members.
(3) The term of office of executives shall be two years from the date on which they are appointed, and they may be reappointed following a resolution at a general meeting
(5) An executive whose term expires shall perform his/her duties until his/her successor is selected and appointed.
(6) If the president of a cooperative is unable to perform his/her duties due to a failure to perform such duties, etc., he/she shall act on behalf of the president in the order of the extension from among full-time directors.
Article 22 (Method of Resolutions at General Meeting) (1) Except as otherwise provided for in the Act and this Articles of Incorporation, a general meeting shall be held with attendance of a majority of partners, and pass resolutions with the consent
(3) Members of a cooperative may exercise their voting rights in writing or through an agent falling under any subparagraph of Article 10 (2).
Paragraph (1) and (3) shall apply to written events.
