Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:00 on June 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sought a 'D’ restaurant operated by C in the building B in Chungcheongnam-si District D; (b) sought to remove the said C, where the Defendant was able to teach and live together as an employee; (c) received a 112 report, and tried to remove the Defendant from the slope F, belonging to the Yongsan-gu Police Station E zone located in the Seocho-gu Police Station E zone dispatched after receiving the 112 report; and (d) sought to remove the said F’s items and chest in his hand and build the body with both arms.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted police officers to interfere with legitimate execution of duties concerning the suppression of crimes and the maintenance of public order.
