Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was sentenced to six months from the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch to the crime of interference with business, etc. on June 14, 2011, on the ground that the Victim B, who became aware of his/her commercial history, was called the victim’s office for about 146 times on the ground that he/she was not able to talk with him/her. From September 2013 to October 6, 2013, the Defendant sent text messages, etc. that intruded the victim’s residence and cause uneasiness by using mobile phones and information and communication devices to the Seoul Western District Court, which was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor on December 27, 2013, and is currently pending in the final appeal.
[2013Gohap3027] On August 14, 2013, around 19:28, the Defendant: (a) opened the 1st floor door door of Dogra 501 from around the present house of the victim B in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul; (b) intruded into the inside of the Dogra 501 building; (c) opened the 501 door door door door door door door, opened the Dog 501 door door, and opened the house by dividing the Dog number; and (d) read the victim’s residence in large interest, such as “the victim’s Dog Dog Ha, Nara, divorced, Mana, and Mana,” and (e) obstructed the peace of the victim’s residence in the above place from around the above date to August 15, 2013 in a non-fluencing manner as indicated in the attached list of crimes, thereby impairing the victim’s dwelling for five times in total.

1. On September 17, 2013, around 21:40 on September 17, 2013, the Defendant intruded the victim’s identity in front of the victim’s residence No. 501 in Mapo-gu Seoul building C, by entering the victim’s name and entering the 1st floor door password, and thereby harming the peace of the victim’s residence by opening the door door of 501.
2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the above paragraph (1), shall be given to the victim B with adjoining residents, police officers, etc. residing in the same place.
