Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 23:50, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seogu, Daejeon, 230, 77 Olympic Memorial People’s Living Center in the 77 Olympic Winter Games, and (b) caused physical fighting with the victim B and Si reserve, on the ground that the victim was aware of the part of the Defendant’s mother with his head; (b) sold twice the part of the victim’s injury to the victim’s head; and (c) sold twice the part of the victim’s injury to the victim, which requires approximately four weeks of medical treatment.
