A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Existing buildings and fire-fighting reserve Defendant was able to carry out religious trials on the part of the victim B (the age of 41) and the victim, who was living together from August 2, 2018 to the police officer from August 12, 2018.
At around 02:00 on February 8, 2019, the Defendant tried to put gasoline on the ground of the body of the victim, who was under the influence of alcohol and the victim E (the 8 years of age) who is his or her father. 2. The Defendant violated the Child Welfare Act: (a) at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (1) above, and at the same time and place, expressed the victim E (n.e., 8 years of age) who possessed gasoline, strings, etc. and found them in the above residence, such as “this weather”; and (b) at the same time, committed emotional abuse detrimental to the mental health and development of the victim, who is a child, by spreading gasoline at the home and making fire prevention by attaching fire to gasoline at the same place as above.
