Defendant
A worked as a vice head from "Public Building Project Team" that is ordered by public agencies, etc. in P Co., Ltd., and from "Public Building Project Team", Defendant B and C, respectively, the director of division in the same team. The Defendants conspired to receive money and valuables from R architect in return for ordering design-related services to R architect (ju) in order to select a design service company related to Qua Construction.
The Defendants selected a design service company for Q Construction Corporation Act, which was in progress with S and T, as a Posman’s supervisor, around the end of 2015 or early 2016, and the Defendants were in charge of the relevant duties at the P Public Building Project Team, and there was a duty to select a service company through fair procedures.
Nevertheless, on January 11, 2016, Defendant A agreed to request KRW 200 million to the head of the headquarters 1 of the R architect design project in the first section of the R architect design project for the first section of the R architect design project, as the price for ordering Q architect service contract to R architect, and to receive the said money from R’s side. The Defendants concluded the said contract with R architect around January 11, 2016.
On July 7, 2016, at around 15:00, Defendant A received KRW 100 million in return for the order of the above service contract from the above U in the P Underground Parking Lot located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant B received KRW 50 million in return for the order of the above service contract from the above U in the X convenience shop located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around January 24, 2017 from the above U in return for the order of the above service contract from the above U in the above X convenience shop located in Jongno-gu, Seoul. Defendant C received KRW 50 million in return for the order of the above service contract from the above U in the Z branch located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 21:30 on February 28, 2017.
